Family Pathways College Counseling helps students to develop a reasonable and structured approach to the college admissions process, including:
- An understanding of their unique strengths and abilities
- Discovering truly how they learn best
- Bringing focus to their search criteria for schools matching their educational, social, and family needs and goals
- Taking responsibility for important test and application deadlines
- Creating academic and other related portfolios for admission criteria
- Developing a thorough college visitation and interview plan
- Creating admission essays truly reflective of the students individuality
- Understanding and studying for the SAT/ACT exams utilizing a one to one tutorial approach
- Gaining a unique perspective as to what individual colleges and universities look for in their freshman application pool
